All the time. Because we donate 50% of our profits and produce personalized products, we self-admittedly don't have much room for deep discounts. However, we do find fun and unique ways to offer value to our customers. All of our promos are found on our homepage.

No, not at this time. We currently offer you two forms. 1) Rolled Canvas, which is shipped rolled in a tube that you can then frame how you like. 2) Wrapped Canvas, which is stretched around a wood structure (frame) and shipped in a typical box. We'll offer new and unique framing options within the first quarter of 2018.

Our American made stretcher frames are 1.5” in thickness. Currently, we don't offer smaller or thicker frame options, but will look to expand this option in 2018.

All our canvas finishes can be dusted with a lightly damp cloth. Do not scrub or rub hard. Make sure canvas is completely dry. Do not leave damp.

We use museum quality, fine art archival canvas options, which do not typically fade with time. We do recommend keeping them out of consistent direct sunlight. With care your artwork can last lifetimes.

Currently, our Personalized Art service allows up to a 24"x36" canvas to be printed without risk of pixelation or artifacts from your provided photos. You'll want to follow our photo guidelines to get the most from our services.

We can produce large prints by request, outside of our commercial process. You'll want to contact us directly at 833-727-3337 or hello@qualitybreeds.com to inquire properly. Production and delivery time will vary, but generally takes 5-7 additional days to complete.

Yes, all art comes ready to hang.

No, never. We don't charge for additional "subjects" in your artwork. We'll create art from any photo you upload that meets our photo guidelines, including multiple breeds, humans, landscapes, etc.

Also, we don't charge extra for different types of canvas finishes either.

Almost. The only product that is not personalize-able is our Original Pet Art, which is limited edition pre-made fine art. Everything else we produce has the ability to be personalized in some form or another. See all products.

Yes, of course. In fact, we encourage it. Our packaging is plush and ready to unwrap and enjoy from the moment it's dropped off at a doorstep.

Unless you have a custom order, all products are shipped USPS 2-Day Priority. If you live inside the contiguous United States, you get free shipping on anything we sell. If you live beyond, you'll have shipping options during check out to find the best fit for your needs.

All orders are produced and shipped within 7-10 days. If you've ordered a custom product, which is outside of our commerical offerings, delivery can vary. Contact us to speak to someone about your needs.

If you've purchased Original Pet Art, we're more than happy to take your product back as long as it's in new, undamaged condition in it's original packaging. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs however.

We do not make refunds and/or returns on personalized products after they've shipped. Because they've been made just for you, we can't resell them. We provide a digital proof before final art is sent.

At the moment we payout and report on a quarterly basis. However, once we're up and generating sizeable amounts, we'll convert to monthly payouts and reporting. We want to be transparent about everything we do.

Yes, on our Quarterly Reporting page. You can view the quarterly report for the time period of your purchase. Use the Sales Receipt # enclosed in your package or on your receipt to find your donation to the charity you selected.

You can see a list of nonprofits we support or recommend on the Giving Back page. However, we allow you to write in your preferred charity during checkout if we don't have them listed. If you would like to recommend a charity, do it here. Or if you're a charity, sign-up here.
